Update on Public Meeting on 13.9.22 with a Bellway Homes Representative to attend and provide information regarding a potential development off Station Lane, Pelton.

We are writing to let you know that the Public Meeting arranged for 13.9.22 is being cancelled because Bellway Homes will not be sending a representative to attend the meeting.

As a result of the play area at the Wynd being designated as an Asset of Community Value (ACV) Bellway Homes have advised us they are reconsidering their available options.

As soon as we receive any further update or information from Bellway Homes then we will update our residents.

Once again, the Parish Council would like to thank everyone who responded to the petition.
