The Parish Council submitted their evidence to Durham County Council on Friday 22nd July 2022. This evidence would not have been possible to provide without the 389 responses we received to our online and paper based petition (detailed in Parish News on 12th July 2022). Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the petition and for letting us know what this invaluable area means to you and your families, past, present and future.

Durham County Council have advised the outcome of the decision will be known by 2nd August 2022.
