Ahead of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations and the many street parties that are planned we have issued guidance with regarding the use of bunting across the highway – please see attached. S178 Licence Bunting app form v3

If you are planning any events that involve the installation of bunting on any highway infrastructure please view the attached document and complete the application form and return it to strategichighways@durham.gov.uk
