Northumbrian Water have provided the following information to residents regarding work at Elwin Place-
Good morning,
Further to previous e-mails, and letters to customers in the area, I wanted to share a letter being delivered in the Elwin Place area today, letting people know about the next phase of investigatory work.
This will inform how we deliver investment in the area to help protect the environment by reducing storm overflow spills. Our work near Elwin Place represents the second phase of an £8m investment in the local environment, with work progressing in the Southfields area.
We will continue to share updates as we progress towards confirming our programme of work, and will strive to keep people informed.
