We are consulting on draft masterplans to set out a vision for the future development of a number of areas across the county, including Newton Aycliffe, Peterlee, Stanley, Crook, Willington, Tow Law, Chester-Le-Street, together with a new regeneration framework for Durham City. This will help us apply for external funding to take projects forward aimed at boosting the prosperity of these locations for generations to come.

We are also consulting on the Sniperley masterplan which will deliver 1,700 new homes to create a vibrant and self-sustaining mixed community.
