Dear Resident

We have been advised that from 7th May 2021 all Parish Council meetings are required to be face to face. The meetings are to be held in the main hall at Pelton Community Centre as that will provide us with the largest room. This will ensure we can safely hold meetings for up to 40 people (seated) whilst adhering to social distancing rules. Due to current bookings at the community centre we will be changing the meeting dates in May and June 2021 to a Monday evening. The agreed meeting dates and times are as follows-

Annual Council Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday 17th May 2021, commencing at 6.30pm.

Annual Parish Meeting to be held on Monday 24th May 2021, commencing at 6.30pm.

May Monthly Full Council Meeting to be held on Monday 24th May 2021, commencing at 7.00pm.

Meeting dates in June – to be confirmed.
