The Community Speed Watch Team were in Pelton Parish on 12th July 2021 and this is their report.

We did a Community speed watch in your area today Monday 12th July 2021, we were going to do three different sites all along Front Street Pelton but after the first the rain came so we only got one done.

We did one opposite Church Road as you leave from the under pass  50 Vehicles passed..35 were 30 mph or less…11 were between 31 and 34 mph…4 were over 35 mph. so on our data today we found no speeding issue, some of those in 31 to 34 mph were nearer to 34 so we will come back to monitor.
